Fractional Aircraft Ownership

Are you interested in owning your own aircraft? Sharing ownership with another pilot, individual, or business can make a lot more sense than going solo. There are many advantages to partnerships such as:

  • You will have the ability to own a more capable aircraft; faster, larger, newer, better equipped.
  • Expenses such as insurance, maintenance, and hangar/tiedown fees are much lower.
  • The aircraft will fly more regularly. Regular use is good for an airplane.
  • Aircraft is more available than a rental aircraft.
  • You are the owner, you are in control and can set your own limits.
  • Direct ownership like this is much less expensive than traditional fractional companies.

If these advantages are appealing to you, Glass Cockpit Aviation can help you find one or more partners with similar goals in aircraft ownership.

After obtaining your aircraft, we can provide you with services such as training and management to make your ownership/partnership as simple as possible.

We are currently seeking individuals or companies who are interested in owning Cirrus' personal jet. This new design is expected to fly at speeds in excess of 300 kts, at altitudes of up to FL250, be pressurized, and of course, have an airframe parachute. We would like to begin assembling a group for future ownership of this jet, which is expected to cost less than $1 million.

Other aircraft being considered right now:

  • 2005 Cirrus SR22
  • Light sport
  • Newer Cessna 206
  • Tail wheel aircraft
