Scheduling and Cancellation Policies

Accelerated Courses such as the 4 day multi-engine or the 7 day instrument course require a deposit to schedule your time slot. The 7 day IFR course deposit is $1000, and the 4 day multi-engine course requires a $500 deposit. As soon as you select your training days, we will invoice you for the deposit, which can be paid with a check or can be paid with a credit card on the invoice. You can also pay with a credit card over the phone. Time slots are guaranteed once we’ve received your payment.
If you cancel within 5 days of your reservation, your deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel prior to that, you can reschedule your course for a later date. The course must be scheduled and completed within nine months

Full day reservations require a $100 deposit for each day reserved. For example, if you reserve an instructor for an entire week (5 days) you will need to place a deposit of $500 to schedule. The deposit will be applied towards the instructor or aircraft charges. If you cancel within 5 days of your reservation, your deposit is non-refundable. Normal lesson reservations, such as a three hour lesson block for local students are subject to a 2 hour instructor charge if cancelled within 24 hours of the lesson.
