We recommend that participants bring a laptop computer with the G1000 (Version 8) simulator loaded on it to use during the seminar for a more hands-on experience. We will have copies of the software available for temporary use.

For those who are flying in, tell the Boise controllers that you are parking at Jackson Jet Center, taxi to the east side of the FBO and there should be a lineman there to help you with parking. If you want a rental car (not a necessity), you can arrange for one at the FBO, otherwise they should be able to give you a ride to the Hotel. Let us know when you arrive (208-869-6459) and we can arrange to pick you up for dinner. Here's a map of the locations.

We will meet for dinner at Bardenay Restaurant on Friday night at 7pm for those who are interested.

Hotel room reservations can be made at the Best Western Vista. Shuttle is available for transportation.

Class will take place on Saturday from 9am to 5pm in the Payette River conference room in the Boise Airport Main Terminal on the 3rd floor. Instructors will be available on Sunday for those who would like to put their new knowledge to work. Approaches flown will count towards IFR currency. Instruction rate is $75/hour.
